  1. The trial is authentic and the experience unique and fun. Enjoyed every minute. Will definitely book for next year in Bristol. The only negative was the cost of parking, £15, which we pre-paid, only to find there was plenty of free parking available. Date of experience: 31 August 2024.

  2. Went to the murder trial this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised after reading dreadful reviews. Yes the tables are a little cramped and seats a little expensive and soft drinks a bit over priced but combined with an excellent few hours of superb entertainment and supurb acting by a professional cast all in all it was a fantastic afternoon - thanks to all involved.

  3. Booked The Murder Trial Live early in 2024. Didn't know what to expect but both me and my daughter had a great time. The actors were very good and the whole day was so much fun, the reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is we arrived for the scheduled time of 12pm and were sat around for an hour waiting for the start.

  4. Great performance, poor organisation. The concept, execution of the jury discussion and performance of the trial was excellent. Unfortunately, the organisation of the event failed to match up: - Multiple repetitive emails after purchasing tickets - for food, car parking and one strange one about negative reviews. - Chaotic on arrival.

  5. Sep 22, 2024 · Excellent crime night. Review of The Murder Trail Live. Reviewed 2 February 2020 via mobile. As an experience, this is an excellent one of a kind event that I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who like crime thrillers etc... This was the second time I’ve been. The first at the village hotel was slightly more immersive as the new tent ...

  6. The room was uncomfortably warm, so much so that even the judge asked for the "court electrician to turn on the AC". The noise coming form the fans to keep the tent inflated made hard to listen to the case. Some of the tables had really poor view of the stage. Date of experience: 21 September 2024. Grant Sanderson.

  8. May 28, 2024 · Went to the Murder Trial Live at the Village Hotel in Portsmouth and had a fantastic night. Felt like a real case and as if you were actually on the jury (I have always wanted to try it!). Was lovely to involve the whole table and get to know other people also. Would absolutely go again.
