The first "Saturday the 14th" reminds of a made-for-tv Disney movie like "Mr. Boogedy" . Watchable but unless you have some kind deep nostalgic connection, it falls somewhat flaccid on adult eyes. Having completely lowered my standards to something like a lesser episode of "Goosebumps"; I went into "Saturday the 14th Strikes Back" halfheartedly.

Sung by the vampire Charlene (Pamela Stonebrook; Best Defense, Cinderella) about hating the fact that she can’t eat anything except blood. Pamela Stonebrook is a Jazz singer so her singing does make some sense and she doesn’t do a bad job, but the song feels out of place in the film.
