May 9, 2024 · Order status with Postscript. To check your order status log in, click on ‘My Account’ and go to ‘My Orders’. Please note that orders placed by phone and mail will show in your online account providing your email address is associated with an enabled online account.
To track the status of your order, click 'Orders' on the left-hand side of the page. This is where you will be able to view the status of all your open and previous orders. Scroll down until you find the order you want to track and click 'View order details'.
As soon as you receive your dispatch email, this means your order is in the hands of Royal Mail and on its way from our warehouse. You can track your order using the ‘Track Your Parcel’ button found on your dispatch email.

Aug 16, 2022 · The easiest way to check your order status is through our website - if you’ve created an account with us, just click on the My Account link on the menu at the top right of the screen and then scroll down to where it says ‘My Orders’.
