   Yes it is worth it. You are staying in Bavaro which is on the Atlantic Ocean, while Saona island is on the south Caribbean sea side of Dominican. We did the Pro Excursions Saona island tour because we liked that you are on a 45 ft. catamaran both ways instead of banging around in a small speed boat.
