If you’re locked out of your account or you can't log on to Online Banking, you can easily reset your details online. If you've forgotten your Personal ID, you'll need: your most recent debit or credit card, or; your account number and sort code, which you can find on your statements.
If you've forgotten your log on details: You may need your mobile so we can send a One Time Passcode. In some cases we may need to send your log on details by post.

When you get new log on details you can activate these in the mobile app by tapping ‘Log on’. You'll be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions to continue. Then you’ll be asked to enter your Personal ID, which would have been sent to you by post or by email.
Need to reset your password? No problem- simply enter your email or mobile and select Reset Password. A reset link will then be shared by either email or SMS- with simple easy instructions to complete the process.
