    Sag Harbor is located on the northern side of Long Island’s South Fork, facing the bay. The beaches here are a bit rocky and are very calm compared to the nearby Atlantic coastline. The main beach in Sag Harbor is Long Beach (formally called Foster Memorial Beach). It’s on a thin strip of land alongside a roadway connecting Noyack to North Haven.     Exploring the town’s Main Street is a must during your day trip to Sag Harbor.
