Søllerød is a suburban district of Rudersdal Municipality in the northern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark. The original village, one of the oldest in the area, is perched on Søllerød Hill on the south side of Søllerød Lake.

Søllerød Kro is a one Michelin star restaurant in Søllerød, Rudersdal Municipality, in the northern suburbs of Copenhagen, Denmark. The restaurant building is an old inn from 1677 which faces the local village pond. It was listed in 1964.
Today, more than 300 years later, the idyllic surroundings are unchanged, the village pond in front, the wood behind, the castle on the one side, and the church on the other side. But inside Søllerød Kro has kept up with the times, and the people behind the restaurant of today are Chef Brian Mark Hansen and Manager Jan Restorff.
Søllerød Kro received its first Michelin Star in 1987 and has had a star in the Michelin Guide every year since 2007. Today, Søllerød Kro is owned by Michael Jordan, and it has been owned by the Jordan family for 25 years.
