As Wu was filming a time-lapse video in the California desert one night in 2014, a truck drove by, illuminating the terrain in a way “that doesn’t happen naturally,” he says.
Reuben Wu is a multidisciplinary artist who uses technology and the concept of time and space to help tell compelling stories about the world we inhabit. He is a National Geographic Photographer, global ambassador for Phase One, and has work held in the permanent collections of the Guggenheim Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the MoMA.
