Aug 29, 2012 · In my opinion grp fibreglass is the best material for a flat roof. It comes witha 25 years guarantee so that speaks for itself. Firestone rubber is good but I think fibreglass looks better. We are cromar approved fibreglass roofing installers and can give a 25 year guarantee for every one installed by us. Answered.
Aug 9, 2018 · Grays. The old felt should be stripped off and the boarding aswell so you have a clean service for rubber or you can primer for a fibreglass roof. But if the felt roof is done with good thickness high performance felt it should last a long time depending on when it was done. Hope all goes well Brad Moran. Answered.
