Jul 19, 2021 · Both films contain a lot of music and random bar scenes, and once in a while, both movies will slip in a bit that references the murders. If you live in a Colorado-type state or enjoy a few drinks to get your squiffy, then ROOM 9 might make for a funny evening with friends. However, combing this film on a sober night alone will only aggravate you.
Parents need to know that Room 9 is a 2021 horror movie in which the men who took part in a horrific double murder in a hotel room over 40 years ago are now getting mysteriously killed. Expect horror movie violence: A character is shown getting killed while chained to a bed, a spike driven through his throat….

VIDEO – 2¼/5, AUDIO – 1/5. Room 9 comes to DVD presented with a 1.78 anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio and as I mentioned in my review, the picture is pretty bland, no real color anywhere and it does have the usual, for standard definition, bouts of heavy noise.
