Absolutely useless bunch of thieves! treiple check your bills as we've billed overbilled so many times i had to cancel the direct debit & manually check each bill prior to payment! They have been charging us £11-15 per month for Multi room service which is a second box for a second TV since November 2020. This amounts to an overcharge of £585 confirmed by their own employees. Our house has always had one TV and never received a second mini box something Sky always knew (they monitor all boxes for viewing figures) but, of course did not act on.
