Oct 23, 2019 · Due to weather en route, the flight was about 16.5 hours. The seat was surprisingly comfortable for economy class. The entertainment system was great and responsive. There was a universal power outlet and USB port at every seat. The seat itself was pleasantly soft and I didn’t find my bum sore during the flight.
