As explained in the online commentary for Robot Chicken Star Wars episode 2, the only change to the opening was the 2nd Death Star replacing the original. In Seasons 2-4, the opening sequence is slightly changed where one of the Chicken's legs is shaking at the beginning, while in Season 5 uses the HD version of the Season 1 opening.

Super classic for me and very funny still. I quote aluminum falcon for like the past 17 years! Would love a 4k restoration of all 3 episodes.
