Good quality desk, awful customer service. I purchased a desk for a home office. The desk is fine, decent quality, and relatively easy to assemble. OFO needed 3 attempts to deliver the desk. Attempt 1 - I received an email early PM on the agreed delivery day to say "item not available" Attempt 2 - only part of the desk arrived.

Aug 7, 2024 · Crandall won this purchase because they use totally new foam pads that are 3/4" thicker than OEM. Frankly, I was a pain in the neck customer. I admit it. Firstly, I had trouble putting the chair together. The gliders were hard for me because I didn't read the directions and I have zero mechanical reasoning.
