A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Karen Kramer served as a law clerk for Missouri Supreme Court Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. and Missouri Supreme Court Judge Edward D. ‘Chip’ Robertson, Jr. Ms. Kramer then took a position with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, where she has served as an assistant attorney general in the Criminal Appeals Division since 1997.
