There are 4 levels of each pursuit tech, for racers level 1-2 starting heat. levels get LEVEL 1 PURSUIT TECH, while starting heat level 3 gets LEVEL 2. PURSUIT TECH, and starting heat level 4 and above get LEVEL 3-4 PURSUIT TECH.
