Nov 4, 2016 · Just wanted to see if anyone on here has used the Rimmer Bros complete short or complete engine rebuild kits or kits (purchased as a single transaction) from the other suppliers? Appreciate any comments good and bad as looking to rebuild the motor and a complete kit is a convenient (and cost effective) way of rebuilding with new oversized pistons, mains, big ends etc.
Nov 2, 2020 · Try suppliers like M&C Wilkinson, SNG Barratt, Norman Motors, Martin Robey, SC Parts Group and for some parts mgbhive. In terms of quality, I personally have so far had no problems of buying from either Rimmer or Moss.

Either using the IOSS service which is duty-free and has no clearance charges for orders up to 150 Euros and for larger orders we have a GLS service where we charge upfront for the duties, customs clearance and VAT.

May 26, 2024 · Rimmer Bros does a front brake upgrade using Rover Vitesse brake calipers. Does anybody know what the car is that the discs come from? I am trying to find an option of putting discs of about 260mm on the front with the correct offset without too much machining required, and then using lightweight Princess calipers which are available from several places.
Dec 10, 2006 · Hi, does anybody have experience with the rear telescop. shockabsorber brackets type 3 from Rimmer Bros? These are made out of 3 sturdy pieces and are supposed to reinforce additionally the rear part. Any share of experience would be highly appreciated Cheers Patrick
