Jun 29, 2020 · If Richer Sounds' 6 year warranty includes a free 5 year warranty from the manufacturer, then you might have to apply for that directly from the manufacturer. When I bought my Panasonic OLED from them, I had to apply online to Panasonic for their free 5-year warranty and Richer Sounds supplied the 6th year extension.

Currys sell the item at £379, CostCo at £329.89 and even Panasonic Direct only charge £390. The RRP stated by Richer Sounds is misleading. The only way to get this situation to change is to complain.
