Parks Map. The Town of Lexington Parks Department maintains eight town-owned parks. As of Tuesday, September 6, 2022, Virginia Hylton Park will be closed as it undergoes a renovation and expansion. Please consider visiting one of the other seven parks located within the Town.
Virginia Hylton Park. Located at: 111 Maiden Lane, Lexington, SC 29072. Named after Virginia Hylton, a former Town Council Member from 1981-1998, the park opened in 1991. Ms. Hylton spearheaded the initiative to create a park behind the Lexington Municipal Complex where children could play and families could gather for concerts and events.
