Bobby Smallwood is a character on Syfy's Resident Alien. He is portrayed by Kesler Talbot.
As a young boy in Patience, Colorado, Bobby went out hunting with his sister, hoping to fulfill his mother's request to bring home dinner. He rushed off, pursuing a rabbit, despite his sister's pleas to wait. He followed the rabbit into an unstable mineshaft and was never found again.
Approximately 81 years later, a baby of an alien species discovered Smallwood's remains. He then used the lingering DNA from the remains to assume a human form, which would then become his appearance to all but those rare few humans born with the ability to see through such disguises.
