shredded cabbage 2 cups (about ¼th of a medium size cabbage)onions 1 large size slicedsalt adjust to tastegarlic powder 1 teaspoon (or 2 cloves garlic finely minced)Add the shredded cabbage and sliced onions to a large pan or skillet.Also add salt, garlic and olive oil (or melted butter), stir well to combine.Fried cabbage and onions can be stored in air tight food containers for another 4 to 5 days (if stored properly).
