The game is fully playable in my opinion. It feels like it's running in slow motion, however it runs on 25 stable fps and you can complete the entire game without any problems.
Keep in mind that you will need a good PC to handle an emulator, regardless of the game's graphics simplicity. Edit november 2022: the video has been deleted, deeming this post useless. Everything is already downloaded on the Xenia pack with no need of a tutorial.
