Updating your email with RCR. First log in with the email you originally signed up with, then you can Update your email in MyRCR. You can enter a personal email, a work email, or both. Whichever address you select as your preferred email will be the one you log in with.
Nov 30, 2023 · What this means for you. From 10am GMT this Wednesday, 29 November, we will apply this security upgrade. If your password is already 15 characters or more, you won’t notice any change. But if your password is shorter, then when you next log in, you’ll see a message asking you to reset your password. The new password must:

- Forgot the email address you use to sign in
- Someone else is using your account
- Can’t sign in for another reason
- Recover a deleted Google Account
- Still can’t sign in

Tips:
Wrong guesses won’t kick you out of the account recovery process. There's no limit to the number of times you can attempt to recover your account.
If you use an account through your work, school, or other group, these steps might not work. Check with your administrator for help.
