    As mentioned, these bars are so easy to make that my nine year old madethem with just a bit of supervision from me. Wet ingredients are combined, dry ingredients are combined, they are mixed together and into the pan they go. Super simple!

Fresh pumpkin or canned? Whilst you CAN use your fresh pumpkin here, to use it in baking you need to cook it down in a pan for a long time to remove as much water as possible.
