A shipwrecked World War II sailor comes to the rescue of two American nurses held in the clutches of a twisted Nazi officer and his three female assistants on a deserted South Pacific island.
An American G.I. gets marooned on a tropical island after his ship is bombed. There he discovers a small Nazi outpost which has kidnapped a beautiful American nurse.
It dissolves to moody sunsets, beautifully shot by Ken Gibb. It gives him a whole backstory about losing the love of his life, played by Mai Lin, another performer who is maybe not the greatest actress, so that the proceedings carry some sort of personal resonance for his character.
