Yes I saw Priory of Brion several times in numerous places in the early 2000s, great times indeed. First time was in a tent at Ashby de La Zouch when Robert tripped as he came through the curtains behind the stage!
Starting in mid-1999, Plant performed until the end of 2000 at several small venues with his folk-rock band, named Priory of Brion. This band consisted of the original Band of Joy guitarist Kevyn Gammond alongside Andy Edwards (drums), Paul Timothy (keyboards), and Paul Wetton (bass).

Dec 5, 2009 · The Priory of Brion grew out of a reunion between Robert Plant and his old friend Kevyn Gammond from the Band of Joy. The origins of the band were in the Performing Arts faculty at Kidderminster College, where at least two of the members have worked and where the others may have been students.
