Prince Mircea of Romania (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈmirtʃe̯a]; 3 January 1913 – 2 November 1916) was the third son and youngest child of King Ferdinand of Romania and Marie of Edinburgh and the great-grandson of Queen Victoria through his mother. He died aged 3 in November 1916.

Mircea was the name of a medieval Romanian prince who opposed a vigorous resistance to the Turks in the 14 th century, andwhose troops fought side by side with the Serbians on the fatal field of Kossovo.
During his younger years and his reign, including during his personal dictatorship (1938–1940) when he held absolute power in Romania, King Carol II recognized his first-born Mircea Carol as a prince on several occasions.
