On 18 November 2017, Camera Operator Mark Milsome was killed during a night shoot on location in Ghana when a stunt driver lost control of the vehicle and ploughed into Milsome, who was behind the camera. Milsome sustained multiple injuries, including to the high cervical spine, and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the local hospital in Accra.
