The author or authors of this blog claimed to have obtained pictures from the crime scene, or rather got some shots with a drone above the area when the police were there investigating. The photos don't show anything clearly, they're blurry and they needed to be digutally enhanced for anything to even remotely look like something.
I'm so used to thinking about him getting shot as that grainy footage with a fine mist of bursting out that I always expect the death photos to be fairly tame... But then I see the pictures and remember what the stabilized footage looks like.
TLDR: There are 3 sources; M, R, Mark. The initial leak is M who previously worked on the defense team. M shared the crime scene photos with someone called R. R then shared these images with Mark. Mark then shared the images with MS with a promise that MS would report this to law enforcement.
