Peter Gregory Boghossian (/ b ə ˈ ɡ oʊ z i ə n /; born July 25, 1966) [1] is an American philosopher and college professor. Born in Boston, [ 1 ] he was a non-tenure track assistant professor of philosophy at Portland State University for ten years, and his areas of academic focus include atheism , critical thinking , pedagogy , scientific skepticism , and the Socratic method .

His book “How to have impossible conversations” was published in German (2020) and reviewed by me. At the university, according to his own account, he fought against increasing prohibitions on thinking. For this, he says, he was spat on and harassed.
