Perry High School is the only high school I have attended. But through speech and debate, I have been able to visit other high schools in different districts and even states and I have noticed one thing. My school lacks diversity, college readiness, culture, proper facilities, and a community-minded outlook.
The Perry High School Marching Band has earned consistent superior ratings since 2013. The Symphonic Winds have earned superior ratings in Class AA and A over 37 times. [ citation needed ] In 1991, The Perry Symphonic Winds performed at the Midwest International Band and Orchestra clinic, and performed at the OMEA State Convention in 2015.
