I finally received a notification that my package arrived USPS Facility (= left CA International Distribution Center) on 8/12/2021, and it arrived in front of my door the next day. I used "Priority Mail Express International". 13 days in Customs when it used to be 1-2 day.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Ken Snavely was officially sworn in as Los Angeles Postmaster today during an installation ceremony in front of a large gathering of his employees and fellow Postal Service managers. As Postmaster of Los Angeles, Snavely is responsible for the management of 62 postal stations in the City of Los Angeles.
