Jan 17, 2002 · In May 1998 Holzen joined Carlton-owned post-production company TVI as Finance Director, where he remained until its acquisition by 4MC in June 1999. After overseeing the handover, Holzen was approached to remain within the Carlton group and became Financial Controller of distribution company Carlton International Media.
