Sign in to Online Banking and enter your username and password. Next, we’ll need three characters of your memorable information. You’ll be asked to trust your device, this is a security feature. You should do it if you’re going to sign in often from here. All done, now you’re through to your accounts.
If you haven't logged in to the app, tap the 'PINsentry' button in the top left-hand corner of the log-in screen. If you're already logged in, tap the menu icon in the top left-hand corner and then select 'Mobile PINsentry' from the list.
