Hidden Parasites
Hidden parasites are parasites that the host has not yet discovered through sex or by the player infesting them, this is easily achieved by infesting a room with werms and infect the host at night secretly or by visiting an NPC's room and clicking the "Inseminate All" to inseminate and fertilize every orifice and parasite for both the NPC and Player. The hosts arousal will increase by 12 for each hidden parasite during the night.
Cheat mode
Cheat mode is a separate file that can be downloaded but is only available to patrons that have pledged advanced tier or higher. •Cheat mode can be activated by opening the setting menu on the player portrait. At the bottom of the settings page you'll find the "Cheat Mode" button. •Clicking it while it says "ON" will enable cheats while clicking "OFF" disables them. •When clicking the player portrait scroll to the bottom and you'll find a list of available cheat options that are available to you at your present location.

•Infected - think of this like the common cold, it's not physical but its there lurking in their system affecting them. •Infested - having parasites physically in or on their body, i.e. a Choker on their neck or a Werm in their stomach.
For those who like to play Part 2 as male or at the very least keep their penis here are a few tips for you.
1.You can create a biosuit and stuff it into your anus only on the following condition;
•Have a Canal fully merged in your anus.
2.Even though you now have a Werm biosuit you cannot use it to mutate parasite as you do not have a womb. for this you'll need a Choker on your crotch.
3.Infect the Nurse to be able to collect fluids from other NPC's.
4.After placing the Choker on your crotch you have to act fast as you'll need to have sex with the NPC's with a Penis.
