is an American sitcom television series for CBS. It is set in the late 1980s and early 1990s and is a spin-off prequel to The Big Bang Theory. It lasted seven seasons starting in 2017 and ending in 2024. A spin-off entitled Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage will be released in 2024.
The series begins with the character Sheldon Cooper at the age of nine, living with his family in East Texas and going to high school.
