Barry is a Reiki master who is seen in "Slow Down Your Neighbors". He's a homeless man who temporarily lived in Lily's princess castle.

Mitchell and Cameron saw a stranger in their hot tub. They were about to call the police until he stood up and they saw a man who has nice abs. They rethought their decision and joined the stranger, whose name is Barry, in the hot tub. Barry revealed that he just moved into the apartment upstairs and thought that the hot tub was for the whole building. He told Cameron and Mitchell a a story about how he calmed down a fox and told it that he's incharge, just by staring at it. He mentioned that he's an expert in Reiki and took all the negative vibes out of Cameron, filling him with positive ones instead through Reiki. Cam instantly got along very well with Barry, while Mitchell considered him weird because of his love of Reiki. Cam was not too happy with Mitchell for writing off Barry for that one little quirk, as it is something Mitchell does all the time. Mitchell tried to make nice with Barry, who was fine with Mitchell thinking that Reiki is phony. Barry then tried Reiki on Mitch, making him rethink his opinion on Reiki. Mitchell admitted to Cameron he was right about Barry. They then invited him for dinner. Later, Cameron met the owner of the building in his backyard, who revealed that nobody was living in the apartment upstairs. Cam then saw Barry inside Lily's princess castle in the backyard. Barry tried to lie that he was just cleaning the castle, but Cam came to the conclusion that he was homeless and living inside his daughter's toy castle. Barry said that he just mentioned "moving in", not specifically moving into the apartment upstairs. Cam tried to get him out and they started wrestling inside. Mitchell then came out of the house and Cam yelled at him to call the police. Mitchell hurried to get the phone, but as he walked away, told Cameron that he was right about Barry.
