Setting a New Combination for your 5401 Wall Mount Lock Box. The initial factory-set combination is 0-0-0-0. Open the compartment door. Push the reset lever left and down. The lever remains in this position. Rotate dials to your desired combination. Push the reset lever, up and right, back to the original position.

Mounting the Lockbox: Open the compartment door (see opening instructions steps 1-3). Push the release tab to the right and pull on the shackle to unlock. Hang the lockbox on a stationary object. Push the shackle back into body to secure. Pull on the shackle to make sure it is locked. Pull up to open. Push down to close.
