  5. Buy a parts kit, buy a receiver from dsa or similar. Remove parts from kit, barrel is the hardest and usually needs a proper barrel wrench. Install parts in new receiver, headspace (procedure is well documented on fal files) refinish, party.

  6. You can build your parts kit to be a semi auto rifle (NOT full auto), but it’s not “grandfathered” or “antique” or any other misinformed idea you guys have about federal gun laws. You cannot build your PPSh kit into a full auto firearm.
