Buy a parts kit, buy a receiver from dsa or similar. Remove parts from kit, barrel is the hardest and usually needs a proper barrel wrench. Install parts in new receiver, headspace (procedure is well documented on fal files) refinish, party.
I got my parts kit from Numrich and the rebuild kit from Indianapolis Ordinance, including their barrel and trunnion set. To be honest I really messed it up but here's what I can offer from my experience.
