Ranger 2’s unique Inverted USBL (iUSBL) mode, a feature of the Survey pack, is perfect for deep tow, extreme layback towfish tracking. Rather than mounting the USBL transceiver on the vessel in the traditional manner, with iUSBL, the transceiver is installed on the towed body itself.
