May 1, 2024 · This is a lovely, charming animated score by James Horner for this little seen animated film from the early 90s. Typical of the composer, it's oozing tenderness, melancholy and high drama. It also features a few songs co-written by Horner.
Excellent animated Horner score and one of those stellar 'heyday' London Symphony Orchestra performances when they were en fuego (to my ears at least). Glad there is literally only a minute missing. I'd pounce on a reissue with songs at the end (and no longer being startled by HES BACK, after a quiet outro in the prior cue!
