[4] It tells the story of an attack planned by Serbian terrorists on the presidential palace in Helsinki during the reception for Finland's Independence Day .
Attack on Finland. After Finland's Independence Day celebration is interrupted by a terrorist attack on the Presidential Palace and distinguished guests are taken hostage, a security service officer tries to uncover who is trying to destabilize Europe.
