Jan 31, 2018 · What you do need to do, is be ready to purchase at exactly the time the tickets go on sale. If you don't do this you will very likely be disappointed as the tickets go very very quickly. https://priority.o2.co.uk/faq. I have never purchased tickets on O2 Priority, @EY78 - but if you are starting in the app, Force-stop the Priority App and clear cache. If the app hands you over to Ticketmaster in a browser window, Force-stop your browser and clear cache on that app also. Then start again.

You can try it, but it has to be activated and topped up, as they send texts to it, and also you will join a very long queue of people who are also trying to use the fast queues..
