The Ñuble Region (Spanish: Región de Ñuble) is one of Chile 's 16 first order administrative divisions. Its capital is Chillán. [3][4][5] It was founded the 6th of september of 2018 when the Ñuble Province was separated in order to create the new region and 3 new provinces. The region is named after the Ñuble river.
