  4. Finally, director Max McGuire does a wonderful job here making a film that is intriguing, sentimental, and warm-hearted, yet still humorous. It all just snaps, crackles, and pops along, particularly due to the terrific performances by Hall and Sevier. This may be the best of Hallmark's 2022 Christmas crop.

  5. One of the very few hallmark movies that actually decent and has a plot that makes sense and isn’t just. “White blond girl goes on a work trip and bumps into a guy she hates, then she starts to fall for him, then starts hating him again and then they get married after knowing each other for a week”. Review by Ruby ½.

  6. One Minute Hallmark Review: Noel Next Door. It was ok. Won’t be on repeat for me. I really liked this movie. Lately I have had pretty much a universal "meh" response to many of the HM movies, but I really enjoyed this one. Corey did a nice job portraying a person with a disability, but it wasn't "over played".

  8. I don’t think I need to see it again, but I enjoyed it. I wasn’t expecting much, but having a more serious undertone with the male lead dealing with health issues and a disability added something different to the typical grumpy neighbor trope.
