Noel Next Door was excellent. A youngish recently divorced waitress meets handsome partially paralyzed stroke victim who is sweet and kind (he gives her a 200% tip on his takeout order) and they are instantly attracted to each other.

Certifiably_Quirky. Noel Next Door - Countdown to Christmas #1. I don't watch trailers and I don't read synopsis, so I usually go into movies blind. And I really loved this movie. The twist in Noel Next Door is that Noelle and Jeremy don't realize they are neighbors. Noelle and Jeremy are separately complaining about their obnoxious neighbor who is making life terrible, while at the same time spending time together and becoming attracted to each other.

Noel Next Door Watching the movie and honestly I wouldn’t want someone kicking a ball against the wall outside my house. The mom shouldn’t have allowed him to go and kick the ball against the wall, then again the kid lied.

One Minute Hallmark Review: Noel Next Door. It was ok. Won’t be on repeat for me. I really liked this movie. Lately I have had pretty much a universal "meh" response to many of the HM movies, but I really enjoyed this one. Corey did a nice job portraying a person with a disability, but it wasn't "over played".
