Arthur (Art) Nicholas Joseph Chartier, 72, of North Branch Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on November 28,, 2022 at Lapeer Regional Medical Center. Born to Louis and Loretta Chartier in Ferndale Michigan in 1950, Art was the youngest of 11 children (Elmer, Delia, Veronica, Bernadette, David, Charlies, Louie, Leo, Jerry, and Lenny).
Charles built one of the first funeral parlors in Detroit on Mack Avenue, near East Grand Boulevard. Charles operated this Detroit funeral home for 30 years.... That one would have been at 7330 Mack.
