Next, fast forward to art school: Nicholas would ditch his color theory class to spend countless hours in the darkroom obsessing over large format prints.

Nicholas Maggio’s photography ultimately creates a feeling of insecurity when pondering the inspiration for his work. He manages to take photos that seem utterly contrived and orchestrated, while spontaneous and friendly.
After a brief career in fashion and design, Nicholas transitioned back into photography after the rise of the digital age and swapped the darkroom for Lightroom and a laptop. He's shot campaigns for Lexus, Samsung, Nike, Chevrolet, Pacsun, Under Armour, Speacilized, Adidas and others.
