Aug 4, 2023 · NZFC Application Portal. Issue date: Friday, 4 August 2023. We are changing the look and name of our application portal. The portal will be known as Tomo mai, a name which signals an invitation, and entrance point, to come in and access support for filmmakers.

This is the NZFC's application portal where filmmakers can view available funding opportunities and access historic applications. If you have registered to the NZFC's previous application portal, you will have to register a new account within Tomo mai.

The New Zealand Film Commission (NZFC; Māori: Te Tumu Whakaata Taonga) is a New Zealand government agency formed to assist with creating and promoting New Zealand films. It was established under the New Zealand Film Commission Act 1978 (as amended in 1981, 1985, 1988, 1994 and 1999).
